    Browser Requirements
The Session Finder requires the use of a browser that supports "Cookies" and JavaScript. The Session Finder will not work with a browser where Cookies or JavaScript have been disabled or are not available. The Session Finder minimum browser requirements are Internet Explorer 3.01 and Netscape 3.0, or equivalent browsers.

    Starting a New Search
You may search the Conference Sessions by session topic and by specifying keywords. Valid keywords may include a presenter's name, session time, day, date, type of continuing education credit, or any keyword related to the topic of the session.

There is no limit to the number of keywords that can be entered in the "Search Keywords" box. The Session Finder will only display sessions that contain all of the specified keywords. If you would like to search based on a phrase, instead of individual words, add quotation marks to the start and end of your search phrase.

There are a maximum of ten results listed on a page. Use the "Result Pages" index to quickly get to a listing if there are several pages of matching sessions that result from your search.

    Refining a Search
There are two methods of searching through the sessions. You may click on "New Search" in the left-hand column and search against all of the sessions for this year's conference, or you may perform a "Refine Search" function.

The Refine Search function allows you to take the results of your last search and further narrow down the results. The Refine Search function only searches against the sessions that were matches to your previous search.

If you continue to refine your search and reach a point that there are no matching sessions you must either click the back button on your browser, to get to a previous list of results, or click on New Search to begin another search.

    Result Pages
The search result listings for matching sessions display up to ten sessions on a page. The "Result Pages" index allows you to quickly jump to any page of the results if there are multiple pages. You may click on any one of the numbers to jump ahead to additional matching session pages.

    Session Transcripts
Session Transcripts are available in a common format such as MSWord or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). The search feature will not search text of the transcripts, only the actual titles. You may download these documents for printing directly from the Session Transcripts section.

Adding a Session to Your Schedule
The Session Finder provides for a convenient method to build a personal schedule of sessions for the conference.

When searching through the search results you may obtain specific details of the session by clicking on the title of the session. If the session is of interest, you simply click on the "Add" button to the right of the session's title. A confirmation window will pop-up on your browser to indicate that the session was successfully added to your personal schedule.

The personal schedule information collected is associated with an individual user and browser. If you browser and computer do not allow for multiple users or profiles you will be limited to one distinct personal schedule per browser.

    Preview Schedule
The "Preview Schedule" function in the left-hand column allows you to view all of the sessions in your personal schedule in chronological order. The "Delete" button below each session listing allows you to easily remove sessions from your schedule. A confirmation window will pop-up to acknowledge each successful deletion. If you would like to completely clear your schedule, you must delete each session individually.

    Print Schedule
Clicking on the "Print Schedule" function in the left-hand column produces a printable, formated listing of all of the sessions in your personal schedule in chronological order. Details of the each session including date, time, title, location and room number are included.

You may utilize your Web browser's print function to print out your schedule. The print function is typically accessed via your browser's "File" menu or the "Print" icon in the browser's toolbar. Click on this function and print out all your personal schedule pages to your printer for a convenient reference.

    Real-Conference.com Registration
Creating a personal schedule does not constitute registration for the online broadcast of the conference. Click on the Conference Registration link in the left-hand column to register by fax, mail, or on-line.
